Are shades and cord sets sold separately?
Yes. Our shades and cord sets are sold separately, or available together as a complete Pendant Kit - our bestselling shades paired with a jute or linen-covered electrical cable and cable clip. Pendant Kits can be found in our Pendant Kit
Returns & Refunds
All Lumière Shades products are made to order. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect selection, or ordering errors. If you have questions before purchasing, our team is happy to help.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged in transit or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and original packaging. We will work with you to find a resolution.
Can I exchange my order?
We are unable to offer exchanges. Please review all product specifications, dimensions and compatibility information carefully before placing your order. Our team is available to assist if you are unsure.
Duties & Taxes
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price and may apply depending on your delivery location. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
For US customers: if you are charged a tariff fee upon delivery, we will cover 50% of the cost. Simply contact us with a copy of your receipt and we will arrange reimbursement directly.
What cord set is compatible with my shade?
All Lumière shades are compatible with all our electrical cords. Mix and match your preferred shade and cable to create your own set - or shop our ready-made Pendant Kits for a curated combination of our bestselling shades paired with a jute or linen-covered cable and cable clip.
How long will my order take?
Orders are typically dispatched within one week of placement. Delivery takes a further 4–6 working days depending on your location. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Can I order a custom size or finish?
Custom sizing is available for trade and wholesale projects. Lead times and minimum quantities vary - please contact us directly to discuss your requirements before placing an order.
