Yes, we understand that your satisfaction is paramount. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your handmade light shade, you can initiate a return process.

We do not accept a return based on size discrepancy as our descriptions are available for each product with clear dimensions provided. If you’re still unsure please contact us and we can help you choose the perfect shade.
We suggest using a lightbulb with a warm colour. We can recommend We can recommend E27 Edison lightbulb, 25 watt (220-240V)
We do not offer customs sizes for retail clients. This service is available to our wholesale clients who purchase min order quantities.
No unfortunately not, expedited shipping is not currently available out of Bali.
Once we have received your order, you can expect to receive your shade in a 1-2 weeks timeframe. Depending on our stock levels.
We will absolutely update you should there be any delays and will always aim to get your shade out as quickly as possible.
All our shades are made with a standard 4cm ring which has the light bulb sitting at the top of the shade.If you would like the light bulb to hang in the center of the shade, you can now purchase our new suspension connectors separately or together in a bundle set (shade + suspension connector)
You can purchase our new suspension connector to hang the lightbulb in the middle of the shade with our standard ring.
Yes, there is a slight difference between the 2 shades -
The Empire shade has tighter rattan ribbing that the Luna shade.
No. At this stage our biggest shade is the 100cm shade. (Luna and Empire).
No, not all the shades require an internal frame. We provide a frame for 3 of the shades as we know our customers prefer a structured look for the oversized round shades, Empire and Luna shades.
Please don't worry, once they are hung the shape will fall into place in a couple of days.
