Please open & check your shade within 2 weeks of receiving your package.
Contact us within the 2 week period if there are any defects.

Returns of Faulty Items:

Exchanges will be calculated based on the item's cost (minus any import taxes) imposed on Lumiere Shades upon receiving the returned parcel.
Lumiere Shades is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
