We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a product may not meet your expectations. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our refund policy below.
- Color Variation Disclaimer:
We want to bring your attention to the fact that the computer screen or mobile device you use to view our products may not always accurately represent the true colors of our lighting fixtures in real life. While we put forth our best efforts to photograph our products to capture the closest possible match to their actual colors, there may be slight variations in how colors appear on different screens.
- Assistance in Selecting the Right Color or Size:
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to help you make an informed choice when purchasing our lighting products. If you have any concerns or questions about the color or size of a particular item, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. We are here to assist you in selecting the right shades that best suits your needs and preferences before you make your purchase.
We do not accept a return based on shape, size and color discrepancy.
If you find that the product you've received doesn't match your expectations due to color variation, shape or size, and you had contacted us for color and size guidance prior to your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please ensure you have followed these steps:
- Contact our customer support team before making your purchase to inquire about the color.
- Make your purchase based on the guidance provided by our team.
- If, upon receiving the product, you believe it significantly differs from what was described to you by our team, please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Provide clear photographs and a description of the issue to assist our team in assessing your request.
Once we have received your request and assessed the situation, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
Please note that all returned products must be in their original condition, unaltered, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Returns of Faulty Items:
We understand that despite our rigorous quality control procedures, there may be rare instances when you receive a faulty item. If you believe you've received a faulty product, we are here to assist you. To facilitate the returns process and ensure a smooth resolution, please follow these guidelines:
- Unused and in Original Packaging: Any faulty item being returned must be unused and in its original packaging. We kindly request that you keep the item in its original condition and packaging until the issue is resolved. Failure to do so may result in your refund being declined.
Initiating a return:
To initiate a return for a faulty item, please follow these steps:
Reach out to our customer support team as soon as you discover the fault. You can contact us via email at email@example.com
- Exchanges will be calculated based on the cost of the item (minus any taxes) imposed to Lumiere Shades on receiving the returned parcel.
- We cannot be held responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
Please make sure that you obtain all tracking information for your return and ensure the goods are packaged appropriately.

How long will my refund take?
We will refund you within 30 days (max) after we received and checked the returned item. Refunds will be processed to your Paypal account.
