Every Lumière Shade is made by hand in our Bali studio. Each piece is made to order, please read dimensions carefully before purchasing.

Change of mind
We accept change-of-mind returns for store credit only. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Store credit is valid for 12 months.

All 120cm Shades sale are final. As individually made-to-order pieces, 120cm shades are not eligible for return.

Return shipping
Return shipping to our Bali studio is at the customer's cost. We are unable to provide return labels. International returns are subject Indonesian customs import fees, these fees will be deducted from your final store credit.

Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will replace or refund in full.

Colour and texture variation
Our shades are made from natural linen and rattan. Subtle variation in tone and texture is inherent to the material and is not a fault.

Electrical cord sets and custom orders
Final sale. Not eligible for return unless damaged or faulty on arrival.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement. Once production has begun, cancellation is not possible.
