After You Receive Your Shade
Please check your order for any errors, damage or other issues. If there is a problem, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receipt (but the earlier the better so that we can begin working to resolve any issues).
We pack every order ourselves and make every effort to ensure that it arrives safely. Nevertheless, sometimes items get damaged during shipping.
Please email us photos of the damaged item as well as all sides of the shipping box and any packing materials so that we can file an insurance claim. While photos usually suffice, please hold on to the damaged item as well as the shipping box and any packing materials until the claim is resolved, since the carrier may request an inspection.
Once the claim is resolved (usually takes within two weeks), we will send a replacement.
Other Damage or Defect
Please email us photos of the item showing the damage / defect clearly along with a description. We may be able to troubleshoot the issue, so please provide as much information as you can. And sometimes what may be thought of as defects are usually natural and expected variations due to the nature of the material or the handmade process, but we are happy to discuss what options are available.
