Can I return my Linen Light Shade ?
Yes you can! Please note that we do not accept returns for a change of mind or if accidentally placed an order.

When will I receive my Linen Light Shade ?

  • Shade in stock 
    Once we have received your order, we will check your order availability in our stock. We will do Quality Check and pack your shade straight away. 
  • Pre-order shade
    All our shades are handmade by our small team. Our production takes 2 - 3 weeks (hopefully a little sooner). 
Once we've packed your shades, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your order is on its way along with the tracking number. Standard shipping is 4 - 7 business days. 

Can any of our Linen Light Shades be used with a plug-in lamp cord kit or do they have to be used with hardwire kits ?
At this stage we offer both options.
Our shades standard is the plug-in option. Plug-in option allows you to easily attach the shade into an existing light bulb.
Our hardwire option allows you to adjust the height within the shade but does need to be hardwired to the ceiling. 
Please contact us if you are requesting for a hardwire option.

Is there any difference between Empire and Luna Light Shades ?
The only difference is on the rattan. The rattan frame for our Empire shade is weaved much closer together than the Luna shade. 

Is it possible to make Linen Light Shade bigger than 100cm ?
At this stage we don't produce Linen Light Shade bigger than 100cm as we are aware that the shade will somehow bend while being shipped.

Are all shades available Fringed and Unfringed ?

Not all shades are available in 2 styles. Some of them are only available in Unfringed style; Empire, Pod, Barely There, Louis, Folie, Printed, Kids and Nursery ones. The rest are available in Unfringed and Fringed. 

Do the shades include electrical cables ?
Only the table lamp is completed with electrical cables. For the other linen light shades, electrical cables and wires are not included.
 
Do you have an image of the shades turned on / off ?
Yes! We do have the picture of the shades turned on and off. Please refer to the image below. 


Can you fast track the shipping service?
Unfortunately not, such service is currently not available in Bali, Indonesia. For the standard shipping service takes 3-4 business days.
