Why does it take two weeks from the time of order to dispatch my handmade light shade?
Our handmade light shades are meticulously crafted to ensure the highest quality and unique designs that meet your individual preferences. Creating each shade is a labor of love that involves skilled artisans dedicating their time and expertise to deliver a product that exceeds your expectations. From carefully selecting materials to hand-assembling every intricate detail, we prioritize quality over speed.
Do the shades come with electrical cords?
No they do not but we have recently launched a small range of electrical cord sets that are available to purchase online. Please see the link to our cord sets here.

Can I return my shades if I’m not happy with it?
Yes, we understand that your satisfaction is paramount. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your handmade light shade, you can initiate a return process.

Can I exchange my shades to a larger or a smaller size?
We do not accept a return based on size discrepancy as our descriptions are available for each product with clear dimensions provided. If you’re still unsure please contact us and we can help you choose the perfect shade.
How long do I have to return my order?
You have to contact us within 7 days after receiving your package
What bulb do you suggest with my shade?
We suggest using a lightbulb with a warm colour. We can recommend We can recommend E27 Edison lightbulb, 25 watt (220-240V)
Do we offer custom sizes?
We do not offer customs sizes for retail clients. This service is available to our wholesale clients who purchase min order quantities.
Can we fast track shipping?
No unfortunately not, expedited shipping is not currently available out of Bali.
Can I return my shades?
Yes you can. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for detailed information.
(Please note that we do not accept returns for a change of mind or if accidentally placed an order)
When will I receive my order?
Once we have received your order, you can expect to receive your shade in a 2-3 week timeframe. Depending on our stock levels.
We will absolutely update you should there be any delays and will always aim to get your shade out as quickly as possible.
Will my lightbulb be hung in the center of the shade?
No, all our shades are sent with the standard 4cm ring unless specified. The standard ring does not allow you to hang the light bulb in the center of the shade.
Should you wish to hang your light bulb in the center of the shade, please specify the custom ring at checkout. There is no additional cost to the buyer, but it is a custom order. The small ring will need to be hardwired into the ceiling by a qualified electrician.
Or, you can purchase our new suspension connector to hang the lightbulb in the middle of the shade with our standard ring.
Is there any difference between Empire and Luna Light Shades ?
Yes, there is a slight difference between the 2 shades -
The Empire shade has tighter rattan ribbing that the Luna shade.
No. At this stage our biggest shade is the 100cm shade. (Luna and Empire).
Does my shade require an internal frame?
No, not all the shades require an internal frame. We provide a frame for 3 of the shades as we know our customers prefer a structured look for the oversized round shades, Empire and Luna shades.
My shade arrived, looks a little out of shape?
Please don't worry, once they are hung the shape will fall into place in a couple of days.

Yes we ship worldwide with DHL and offer free shipping.
